Academic Fee Structure For Academic Year 2025–2026
We are committed to delivering exceptional education tailored to students’ academic pathways and aspirations. Below is the detailed fee structure across our Middle and High School programs.

Middle School (Grades 6–8)

  • Annual Tuition Fee: €14,900
A strong foundation in core academic subjects, creative arts, and holistic development.

IGCSE Programme (Grades 9–10)

  • Annual Tuition Fee: €15,000
Includes a choice of 8 IGCSE subjects, taught with academic rigor and supported by experienced faculty.

A-Level Pathway (Grades 11–12)

  • Annual Tuition Fee: €17,000
Students pursue 3 A-Level subjects, providing specialization and depth in preparation for university education.

American High School Diploma (Grades 11–12)

  • Annual Tuition Fee: €16,500
A flexible, college-preparatory curriculum aligned with U.S. graduation standards, ideal for students seeking admission to American universities.

Enrollment Fees

  • Registration Fee (non-refundable): €1,000

This fee is payable when applying to Owl Academy.

Payment Terms

  • All fees are due within 15 days of enrollment or within 7 days of invoice receipt, whichever is earlier.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

In the event of withdrawal from the school, refunds on tuition fees will be processed as follows:
  • Withdrawal within the first month of enrollment: 25% refund on the tuition fee paid.
  • Withdrawal within the second month of enrollment: 10% refund on the tuition fee paid.
  • Withdrawal after the second month of enrollment: No refund will be issued.
Note: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
